Opetaia wasted no time asserting his dominance, unleashing powerful combinations that kept Nyika on the defensive. As Round 2 came to a close, Opetaia landed a thunderous overhand left that momentarily stunned Nyika, leaving him visibly shaken but still standing.

In the fourth round, Opetaia dropped Nyika with a power right hook while exiting the clinch; Nyika beat the count, but his legs didn't look good and retreated as Opetaia moved in for the finish. Another big right hook forced Nyika to grab and almost lean on the ropes before a final brutal left hand sent him collapsing to the canvas, out cold.

Post-fight, Opetaia called for a cruiserweight unification showdown against Gilberto "Zurdo" Ramirez, the current holder of the WBO and WBA titles. "Ramirez, I'm coming for those belts," Opetaia declared with a smile. Opetaia moves to 27β0 with 20 KO's, while Nyika drops to 10-1 with 9 KO's. - π₯
